Postdoctoral Positions are available in Dr. Canhua Huang’s Laboratory at National Key Laboratory of Biotherapy, West China Hospital, SiChuan University.
National Key Laboratory of Biotherapy was established by the Ministry of Sciences and Technology in China in 2005, and became one of the National Research and Development (R&D) Platforms for Novel Drugs in September 2008 and the National Collaborative Innovation Center for Biotherapy in April 2013. National Key Laboratory of Biotherapy also has rich clinical resources of West China Hospital and is becoming a highly-regarded, comprehensive and multidisciplinary research center in China.
Recently, Dr. Huang’s lab utilizes high throughput Proteomics approaches, including Redox Proteomics to decipher the molecular mechanisms underlying virus-induced carcinogenesis, as well as Chemistry-based functional proteomics for drug target deconvolution.
The applicant must have a PhD degree, with advanced training in cellular and molecular biology or related areas. Applicants with high-quality publications, and with cancer or virology research experiences are preferred. The ideal candidates are self-motivated and capable of conducting research independently.
The salary of the position is 100,000 RMB to 300,000 RMB per year depending on applicant’s qualification.
