On August 18, 2020, Peng Liyuan published an article entitled "Managing Therapeutic Resistance in Breast Cancer: Managing Therapeutic Resistance in Breast Cancer From the lncRNAs Perspective." in the international academic journal Theranostics (Impact factor 8.579) .

In this paper, the functions and mechanisms of long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) in the regulation of drug resistance in breast cancer were systematically summarized, with emphasis on lncRNA-mediated treatment tolerance in different clinical treatment plans for breast cancer. In addition, this study explored the possibility of lncRNA as biomarkers and clinical therapeutic targets for breast cancer, aiming to improve the current status of clinical treatment tolerance of breast cancer.
